CSD Calendar

The Chemical Sciences Division has a Division Calendar titled the 'CSD Calendar.'

This calendar will show all of the Chemical Sciences Conferences, Group Meetings, Seminars, Workshops, Retreats, and Reviews pertaining to the division.

To add your event to the NEW 'CSD Calendar' please add the following 'Calendar I.D. ' to the 'Guests' section of your new or existing calendar invitation on your Google Calendar:

Calendar I.D. Link -

(This 'Calendar I.D.' will show as 'CSD Calendar' in your calendar invitation Guest list.)

Instructions:

NEW Invitation - 

1. Click the +CREATE button and then click EVENT or DOUBLE-CLICK on the time slot selected for your calendar invitation.

2. ADD TITLE for your calendar invitation

3. Click SAVE

4. Reopen the invite by clicking on it once

5. Click the EDIT PENCIL at the top of the invitation

6. On the right-hand side of the invitation, click on the word GUESTS

7. Click into the ADD GUEST text box and cut-n-paste the above-referenced CALENDAR ID LINK into the box

8. The CS Division Calendar will populated into your Guest List (see below)

9. Click SAVE

10. ALL DONE!

EXISTING Invitations -

1. Click on the  EVENT within your calendar

2. Click the EDIT PENCIL at the top of the invitation

3. On the right-hand side of the invitation, click on the word GUESTS

4. Click into the ADD GUEST text box and cut-n-paste the above-referenced CALENDAR ID LINK into the box

5. The CS Division Calendar will populated into your existing Guest List (see below)

6. Click SAVE

7. ALL DONE!

PLEASE NOTE: You can still edit your original invitation for changes such as date, guests, location, rooms, time, etc. The NEW CSD Calendar is for VIEWING. As long as you have the above-referenced link within your calendar invitation, when you click SAVE on your calendar, your invitation will update, AND it will update on the new CSD Calendar.
